This building was bilt in sections between 1955 & 1958.
This is a large concrete block building with +/- 6000 Sq.
Ft. of basement space with ramp access and +/- 27,767 Sq.
Ft. on foundation. The basement is all concrete and is currently
being used by Winn Nelson for unheated storage. Sinclair
Community College is using a portion of the building for
storage as well.
The "C" Unit, which is available for lease,
